摘  要:目的探讨中重度宫腔粘连患者予以宫腔镜下等离子双极电切术的治疗效果。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月济宁市任城区妇幼保健院接诊的80例中重度宫腔粘连患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(40例,宫腔镜下常规电切术治疗)、研究组(40例,宫腔镜下等离子双极电切术治疗),比较两组治疗效果、子宫内膜厚度、妊娠率。结果研究组治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(75.00%)(P<0.05);研究组妊娠率较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组术后30 d子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中重度宫腔粘连患者应用宫腔镜下等离子双极电切术治疗的效果较好,能改善子宫内膜厚度,提升妊娠率。Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic bipolar plasmakinetic resection on patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion.Methods From June 2020 to June 2022,80 patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion admitted to Jining Rencheng District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group(40 cases,conventional hysteroscopic electrotomy treatment)and study group(40 cases,hysteroscopic bipolar plasmakinetic resection treatment)by random number table method.The treatment effect,endometrial thickness,and pregnancy rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 30 days after operation,the endometrial thickness of the study group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic bipolar plasmakinetic resection has a good effect on patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion,which can improve endometrial thickness and increase pregnancy rate.
