摘　　要：目的分析反复呼吸道感染患儿的中医体质类型。方法采用横断面研究方法,对2022年7月至2024年7月就诊于北京中医医院顺义医院的131例反复呼吸道感染患儿进行中医体质问卷调查。结果纳入的131例患儿中,平和质及特禀质占比最高,分别为35.9%、34.4%;阳热质占10.7%,阴虚质、食滞质占7.6%,气虚质、阳虚质、气郁质占1.5%,痰湿质占0.8%。男患儿中占比最高的体质类型为特禀质(37.8%),女患儿中占比最高的体质类型为平和质(43.9%)。结论反复呼吸道感染患儿存在中医体质类型的分布差异,其中男患儿以特禀质为主,女患儿以平和质为主。治疗时应根据患儿体质类型差异及不同性别选择个体化治疗方案及日常饮食指导。Objective To analyze the constitution types of traditional Chinese medicine in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate the constitution types of traditional Chinese medicine in 131 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections who were admitted to Shunyi Hospital,Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to July 2024.Results Among the 131 children included in the study,the proportion of balanced constitution and specific constitution was the highest,accounting for 35.9%and 34.4%,respectively.Yang heat constitution accounted for 10.7%,yin deficiency constitution and food stagnation constitution accounted for 7.6%,qi deficiency constitution,yang deficiency constitution,and qi stagnation constitution accounted for 1.5%,phlegm-dampness constitution accounted for 0.8%.The highest proportion of physique type in boys was specific constitution(37.8%),and the highest proportion of physique type in girls was balanced constitution(43.9%).Conclusion There are differences in the constitution types of traditional Chinese medicine in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections,among which the boys are mainly specific constitution and the girls are mainly balanced constitution.The individual treatment plan and daily diet guidance s hould be selected according to the difference of constitution type and gender of children.
