蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果。方法选取2022年12月至2023年12月南通市第三人民医院收治的90例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。两组均接受基础抗病毒治疗,对照组给予热毒宁注射液,观察组给予蒲地蓝消炎口服液+热毒宁注射液。比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.78%)高于对照组(82.22%)(P<0.05);观察组流涎、发热、咽痛、疱疹及溃疡消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应总发生率分别为2.22%、8.89%,两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果较好,能够促进症状缓解。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Oral Liquid combined with Reduning in the treatment of children with herpetic angina.Methods A total of 90 children with herpetic angina in Nantong Third People’s Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.Both groups received basic antiviral treatment,the control group was given Reduning,the observation group was given Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Oral Liquid+Reduning.The clinical efficacy,the time of symptom disappearance,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(97.78%)was higher than that in the control group(82.22%)(P<0.05).The disappearance time of salivation,fever,sore throat,herpes,and ulcer in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 2.22%and 8.89%,respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Oral Liquid combined with Reduning in the treatment of children with herpetic angina is good,which can promote symptom relief.
