摘　　要：目的探讨来曲唑在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症患者促排卵治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2023年6月至2024年2月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二四医院妇科收治的62例PCOS不孕症患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为研究组(n=31,来曲唑片治疗)与对照组(n=31,枸橼酸氯米芬片治疗)。比较两组排卵情况、子宫内膜厚度、性激素水平、临床妊娠率及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组排卵情况、子宫内膜厚度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组黄体生成素、雌二醇水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组临床妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论来曲唑在PCOS不孕症患者促排卵治疗中的临床效果确切,可促进排卵,改善子宫内膜厚度及性激素水平,提升临床妊娠率,减少不良反应,建议应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Letrozole in ovulation induction therapy for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertility.Methods A total of 62 patients with PCOS infertility admitted to the Department of Gynecology,the 924th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of People’s Liberation Army of China from June 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were divided into the study group(n=31,treated with Letrozole Tablets)and the control group(n=31,treated with Clomiphene Citrate Tablets).The ovulation status,endometrial thickness,sex hormones levels,clinical pregnancy rate,and incidence of advers e reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The study group had better ovulation and endometrial thickness than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone and estradiol in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Letrozole in ovulation induction therapy for patients with PCOS infertility is definite,which can promote ovulation,improve endometrial thickness and sex hormone levels,increase clinical pregnancy rate,and reduce adverse reactions.It is recommended to be used.
