摘　　要：目的探讨全程绿色通道护理路径结合阶段性宣教护理对高热惊厥患儿康复情况及惊厥再复发的影响。方法回顾性分析2021年6月至2023年6月枣庄市峄城区峨山镇中心卫生院收治的82例高热惊厥患儿的临床资料,按不同护理方法分为两组,每组各41例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取全程绿色通道护理路径结合阶段性宣教护理。比较两组康复情况、家属健康认知水平及惊厥复发情况。结果观察组惊厥消失、退热、意识恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组家属健康认知评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组惊厥复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程绿色通道护理路径结合阶段性宣教护理可促进高热惊厥患儿康复,改善家属健康认知水平,减少惊厥复发。Objective To explore the effect of full green channel nursing pathway combined with phased education nursing on the recovery situation and recurrence of convulsion in children with febrile convulsion.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 82 children with febrile convulsion admitted to Yicheng District Eshan Town Central Health Center,Zaozhuang City from June 2021 to June 2023.All the children were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received full green channel nursing pathway combined with phased education nursing.The recovery situation,health awareness of family members level,and recurrence of convulsion were compared between the two groups.Results The convulsion disappearance time,fever reduction time,and consciousness recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the health awareness of family members score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of convulsion in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The full green channel nursing pathway combined with phased education nursing can promote the recovery of children with febrile convulsion,improve the health awareness of family members level,and reduce the recurrence of convulsion.
