摘  要:针对渤海Z油田6井区中低渗储层注入水窜流严重、水驱效率低的问题,开发了乳液聚合物凝胶+水基微球组合调剖体系。实验结果表明,乳液聚合物凝胶体系成胶稳定时间为7 d左右,成胶黏度大于20000 mPa·s;水基微球粒径14 d左右膨胀到最大。乳液聚合物凝胶+水基微球组合体系在双管并联岩心实验中具有较好的改善剖面能力,可有效启动低渗岩心,两根岩心提高采收率分别为12.57%和15.33%。组合体系在6井区边部4井组现场试验,实施措施后3口油井全部受效,井组高峰期日增油45.79 m^(3),单井最高含水下降20.47%,9个月内累计增油1.5×10^(4)m^(3)。Aiming at the problems of serious cross-flow and low water drive efficiency in the medium and low permeability reservoir in Well Block 6 of Bohai Z Oilfield,a combination profile control system of emulsion polymer gel+water-based microspheres was developed.The gelation,expansion,diversion rate,and enhanced recovery performance of the combined displacement control system were investigated through indoor experiments.The results showed that the gelling stability time of lotion polymer gel system was about 7 days,and the gelling viscosity was more than 20000 mPa·s.The particle size of the water-based microsphere expanded to its maximum after about 14 d.The combination system of lotion polymer gel+water-based microsphere has good profile improvement ability in the double tube parallel core experiment,which can effectively start the low permeability core.The improved recovery rate of the two cores is 12.57%and 15.33%,respectively.The combination system was tested on site in the 4 well groups at the edge of 6 well areas.After the measures,all three oil wells were effective,with a daily increase of 45.79 m^(2)in the oil production during the peak period of the well group.The maximum water contents of a single well decreased by 20.47%,and the cumulative oil production increased by 15000 m^(3)within 9 months.
