摘  要:以纳米石墨烯、环氧乙烷环氧丙烷丙二醇嵌段聚醚、二甲基硅油、气相法白炭黑为主剂,辅以催化剂、增效剂、互溶剂和表面活性剂,制备了一种快速消泡的原油消泡剂(XPJ-01)。性能评价结果表明:XPJ-01消泡剂粒径为80~120 nm,用量可控制在15~30 mg/L,消泡时间为105~126 s,热贮存稳定性(10 d)无破乳分层、无分离物。A crude oil defoamer with rapid defoaming rate was prepared by using nano-graphene,ethylene oxide propylene oxide propylene glycol block polyether,dimethylsilicone oil,fumed white carbon black as the main agent,supplemented by catalyst,synergist,mutual solvent and surfactants.It solves the shortcomings of conventional defoamers,such as large dosage,poor permeability and diffusivity,and difficulty in achieving rapid defoaming.The performance,dosage,particle size,stability and relationship with interfacial tension of existing silicone defoamer,low silicon defoamer and self-made defoamer were investigated.The results showed that the self-made defoamer had a particle size of 80120 nm,a dosage that could be controlled between 1530 mg/L,a defoaming time of 105126 s,and a thermal storage stability of 10 d without demulsification or separation.
