摘  要:报道了一种具有驱油、减阻、携砂多功能的滑溜水压裂液体系。评价结果表明:0.1%~0.4%减阻剂18 s内完全溶解、无鱼眼,与助排剂、防膨剂配伍性良好;当质量分数为0.15%时,其悬砂性能约是清水的60倍;当质量分数为0.05%时,减阻率可达到70.4%,且耐温耐剪切和驱油性能良好,该减阻剂各项性能指标均符合SY/T 7627—2021标准。现场应用结果表明,各项压裂施工参数均达到了设计要求,简化了体积缝网压裂施工的配液程序,提升了施工效率。A sliding hydraulic fracturing fluid system with multiple functions of oil displacement,drag reduction,and sand carrying has been developed.The evaluation results indicate that 0.1%0.4%drag reducer completely dissolves within 18 seconds without fish eyes,and has good compatibility with drainage aids and anti swelling agents.When the mass fraction of the multiple functions fracturing fluid is 0.15%,its suspended sand performance is about 60 times that of clean water.When the quality score of the multiple functions fracturing fluid is 0.05%,the drag reduction rate can reach 70.4%,and the temperature resistance,shear resistance,and oil displacement performance are good,indicating that all performance indicators of the drag reducer meet industry standards.On site application has shown that all fracturing construction parameters have met the design requirements,simplifying the fluid preparation procedure for volume network fracturing construction,improving construction efficiency,and successfully completing the construction.
