摘 要:通过向表面活性剂SDS中添加纳米氧化铝颗粒(AlNPs)起泡形成泡沫,考察了纳米氧化铝对泡沫压裂液稳定性的影响,研究了纳米氧化铝泡沫携沙能力。结果表明:AlNPs明显增强了泡沫稳定性与强度,适宜质量分数为0.25%。添加AlNPs的泡沫在高温高压条件下比较稳定,其中在常温、不同压力范围内,与不含AlNPs的泡沫相比,其半衰期提高约1倍,同时AlNPs明显增强了泡沫压裂液的携沙能力。The influence of nano-alumina particles(AINPs)on the stability of the foam fracturing fluid were investigated by adding nano-alumina particles to the surfactant SDS to form foam,and the sand carrying capacity of the nano-alumina foam was also studied.The results showed that the addition of nano-alumina particles significantly enhanced the stability and strength of the foam,and its optimal concentration was 0.25%.The foam containing AlNPs is relatively stable under high temperature and high pressure,and its half-life is about 1 times higher than that of the foam without AlNPs in different pressure ranges under normal temperature.In addition,nano-alumina particles also significantly enhance the sand carrying capacity of the foam fracturing fluid.
