摘  要:以二苯胺、N-苯基-α-萘胺与辛烯为原料,在非游离质子酸型催化剂的作用下合成了一种液态烷基化混合胺抗氧剂,采用红外光谱、气相色谱等手段对其结构进行表征,采用旋转氧弹(RPVOT)、和加压差热扫描试验(PDSC)方法评价了在基础油中的抗氧化性能,并在SP质量等级的汽油机油配方中进行了性能评价。结果表明:烷基化混合胺抗氧剂初始热分解温度可达274.62℃,适合在高温工况下使用;与常规抗氧剂相比,相同加剂量下烷基化混合胺抗氧剂的RPVOT时间可延长3.4倍,PDSC氧化诱导期可延长2.6倍,具有更优异的抗氧化性能;在SP/GF-6级别的汽油机油配方中氧化试验可使Cu和Pb质量分数分别下降12μg/g和11.7μg/g,可改善金属腐蚀性,是一种性能卓越的高效液体烷基化胺型抗氧剂。A liquid alkylated mixed amine antioxidant was synthesized using diphenylamine,N-phenyl-a-naphthylamine,and octene as raw materials under the action of a non free proton acid catalyst.The structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,gas chromatography,and other methods,and the antioxidant performance in the base oil was evaluated by rotating oxygen bomb(RPVOT)and pressure differential scanning calorimetry(PDSC)methods;Furthermore,evaluate the performance of the synthesized product in the SP quality grade gasoline engine oil formula.The results indicate that the initial thermal decomposition temperature of the synthesized product can reach 274.62℃,which is suitable for use under high temperature conditions;Compared with conventional antioxidants,the RPVOT time of the synthesized product can be extended by 3.4 times at the same dosage,and the PDSC oxidation induction period can be extended by 2.6 times,demonstrating superior antioxidant performance;The oxidation test in the SP/GF-6 gasoline engine oil formula can reduce the mass fractions of Cu and Pb by 12μg/g and 11.7μg/g,respectively,which can improve metal corrosiveness.It is an excellent high-performance liquid alkylated amine antioxidant.
