摘　　要：人文经济学是在高质量发展语境下出场的反映文化与经济有机互动关系的重大理论命题,其与高质量发展理念相容、功能互补、主旨相通。人文经济学要求以人文精神引领现代化生产体系的系统变革,本质上是一种以人民为中心的经济学、主要由人文要素驱动的经济学、基于人类命运共同体的经济学。作为人文经济学的实践形态,人文经济是一种契合高质量发展要求的追求文化与经济共生共荣、协同共进的新型经济形态。江苏在高质量推动人文经济学新实践方面取得了显著成就和良好经验,但也在思想理论、资源要素和制度规则等维度面临诸多制约因素。因此,必须全面加强人文经济学的学术研究,找准推动人文经济学新实践的重点方向,探索推动人文经济学新实践的有效策略。Humanistic economics is a major theoretical proposition that reflects the organic interaction between culture and economy in the context of high-quality development.It is compatible,functionally complementary,and shares a common theme with the concept of high-quality development.Humanistic economics requires a systematic transformation of the modern production system led by humanistic spirit.It is essentially a people-centered approach,mainly driven by humanistic elements,and aimed at fostering a community with a shared future for mankind.Jiangsu has made significant achievements and gained valuable experience in promoting high-quality practices in humanistic economics.However,constraints remain in areas such as ideological theory,resource elements,and institutional rules.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively strengthen academic research in humanistic economics,identify key pathways for promoting new practices in humanistic economics,and explore effective strategies to promot humanistic these practices.
