摘 要:为解决反共振隔振器结构正向分析方法存在的组合不充分性、构型规律不清晰等问题,本文提出一种逆向综合方法。将反共振隔振器作为机械网络,根据新机电严格相似性,先建立了“惯容-弹簧”机械网络综合理论,在阻抗综合和导纳综合2种方法基础上发展了混合综合方法。推导了反共振隔振器传递函数的一般表达式,阐明了传递曲线在隔振区还存在以负斜率衰减的第2种特征形态。以反共振特性为技术条件,根据所述综合方法得到了完备的“惯容-弹簧”反共振隔振器结构,由单惯容、单弹簧和周期性串、并联的“惯容-弹簧”二元件等4种结构单元组成,分析了构型规律,实现了从单频点结构到多频点结构的推演性,并讨论了阻尼影响。本文示例了悬臂端带质块的双简支-悬臂梁作为“惯容-弹簧”二元件串联结构的一种实现形式,验证了所综合的反共振隔振器结构的正确性。本文为工程上设计具有不同隔振特性的反共振隔振器结构提供了理论指导。To solve the problems of forward analysis approach such as the insufficiency of combination and the unknown of structural layout rule,the reverse synthesis approach for anti-resonant isolator was presented.The structure of anti-resonant isolator can be regarded as mechanical network.In connection with mechanical-electrical analogy in the condition of the mass was replaced by the inerter,the synthesis theory of mechanical network employing‘inerter-spring’had been established with the results of electrical circuit synthesis.Based on the double approaches of impedance synthesis and admittance synthesis,the hybrid synthesis approach was proposed.Furthermore,the general expression of transfer function for anti-resonant isolator was deduced,and another character of transmissibility in high frequency domain,which was negative slope other than the well-known horizontal asymptote,was illustrated.With the characteristic of anti-resonance as technical specification,the anti-resonant isolator structure was synthesized sufficiently by the mentioned approaches.It is showed that the anti-resonant isolator consists of single inerter,single spring and periodic two elements of inerter and spring in series or in parallel.As the layout rule was explicit,it was easy to plot the structure of anti-resonant isolator with multiple anti-resonance frequencies from anti-resonant isolator with single anti-resonance frequency.Moreover,the effect of damping had been analyzed.Finally,the double simply supported cantilever beam connecting mass block at the cantilever end was illustrated as an example to verify the accuracy of synthesized structure of anti-resonant isolator.The research provides theoretical guidance for engineering design of antiresonant isolator with different isolation characteristics.
