摘  要:为了准确地把握空气弹簧的剩余使用价值和更换时间,避免因盲目更换而造成其剩余寿命的浪费,从而降低经济成本和维护费用,本文以380150J-1型空气弹簧为研究对象,基于开裂能理论,利用Abaqus软件和Fe-Safe疲劳分析软件对空气弹簧进行疲劳寿命分析,得出空气弹簧在不同工况条件下的疲劳寿命。研究结果表明:通过对不同工况下空气弹簧开展相应的疲劳寿命分析,得出了其疲劳寿命变化曲线随着垂向位移载荷逐渐增大至其所能承受的极限位移值后逐渐趋于平稳。研究发现初始气压、帘线间距、帘线层数对其疲劳寿命影响较大,而帘线角度对其影响较小;空气弹簧的疲劳寿命随着应力幅的减小而增大,符合S-N曲线的基本趋势。在设计规程范围内,根据实际需要、S-N特征曲线以及考虑经济成本,可以适当地提高其初始气压和帘线参数,以便提高空气弹簧的使用寿命。To accurately grasp the remaining use value and replacement time of air springs to avoid the waste of its remaining life due to blind replacement,thus reducing the economic cost and maintenance cost.In the report,the 380150J-1 air spring was considered as the research object,and the theory of cracking energy,it used Abaqus software and Fe-Safe fatigue life software to analyze the fatigue life of air springs to obtain the fatigue life of air springs under different conditions.The research results show that the corresponding fatigue life analysis of the air spring under different working conditions was carried out,and it was found that the fatigue life curve gradually leveled off as the vertical displacement load gradually increased to the ultimate displacement value that it could withstand.Furthermore,it was found that the initial air pressure,cord spacing,and the number of cord layers had a greater effect on the fatigue life,while the cord angle had little effect on it.The fatigue life of the air spring increased as the stress amplitude decreased,which following the basic trend of the S-N curve.Therefore,within the scope of the design specification,according to the actual needs,the S-N characteristic curve,and the economic cost,the initial air pressure and cord parameters can be appropriately increased to improve the service life of the air spring.
