叶片冲角对双吸泵叶轮旋转失速的影响研究

摘  要:为研究双吸泵叶轮内的旋转失速,本文采用剪切应力传输湍流模型对小流量工况下双吸泵进行数值仿真计算,并进行外特性试验验证,从而研究叶片不同进口冲角对外特性、内流场和叶轮内压力脉动的影响规律。针对某双吸泵开展小流量工况下的数值模拟研究,分析叶片不同进口冲角对外特性、内流场和叶轮内压力脉动的影响规律。研究结果表明:叶片进口采用小冲角方案可以有效抑制叶轮旋转失速,而且设计点扬程和效率分别增加6.4%和5.7%;紊流度均值高于2%时,叶轮内产生旋转失速;采用正则化螺旋度,判定失速涡团的涡旋方向与叶轮转向是一致的,但是传播方向却是与叶轮转向相反;由于失速涡团的作用,导致叶片进口边附近叶片载荷波动较大,叶片载荷最大近0.6 MPa;采用标准差对叶轮压力脉动进行分析,大冲角方案叶片的压力脉动标准差始终大于小冲角方案叶片。研究结果可以为旋转失速研究以及双吸泵水力性能优化提供一定的理论支持。In order to study the rotating stall at the impeller of double-suction centrifugal pump under low-flow conditions,under which a certain type of double-suction centrifugal pump was calculated by the means of shear stress transport(SST),the paper analyzes the influence of different inlet angles of blade on hydraulic performance,internal flow field and pressure pulsation in the impeller.The results show that the small angle of attack scheme at the blade inlet can effectively suppress the impeller rotation stall,and the design point head and efficiency are increased by 6.4%and 5.7%respectively.When the average turbulence degree is higher than 2%,the rotating stall occurs in the impeller.Using the normalized helicity,it is determined that the vortex direction of the stall vortex is consistent with the impeller steering,but the spread direction is opposite to the impeller steering.Due to the action of the stall vortex,the blade loading near the blade inlet edge fluctuates greatly,and the maximum is around 0.6 MPa.The standard deviation of the impeller pressure pulsation which of the blades with the large attack angle scheme was always larger than that of the blades with the small attack angle scheme,was analyzed.The research results can provide some theoretical support for stall research and hydraulic performance optimization of double-suction pump.
