摘 要:为了缓解柴油机燃用化石燃料带来的不可再生能源消耗及环境污染问题,本文开发了一种可用于柴油机共混燃烧的新型含氧燃料——混合草酸酯(mMAO)。以TBD234V6型船用柴油机为研究对象,分别配置mMAO体积分数为0%、10%、20%和30%的mMAO/柴油共混燃料,探究共混燃料在不同运行特性下对船用柴油机燃烧及排放特性的影响。试验结果表明:在不同运行特性下,mMAO掺混后改善了燃料的雾化质量,燃烧速度提高,缸内燃烧更充分,使柴油机的缸内最高燃烧压力有不同程度的升高。与纯柴油相比,共混燃料燃烧还可以改善柴油机的经济性。以100%负荷工况为例,相较于M_(0),共混燃料中的M_(20)的缸压峰值略有升高,碳烟和CO排放分别降低了51.22%和25.07%,NO_(x)和HC排放分别增加了5.65%和35.95%;综合考虑柴油机的燃烧、经济及排放性能,M_(20)可以作为该负荷下的最佳掺混比。该研究为mMAO作为柴油替代燃料在船舶发动机领域的推广应用潜力的评估提供了理论依据。In order to alleviate the environmental pollution caused by the development of a new type of diesel fuel mixed with the mixed alcohols oxalates(mMAO),which can be used to burn diesel engines without oxygen.The mMAO/diesel blended fuel with 0%,10%,20%and 30%volume fraction of mMAO was used for the TBD234V6 marine diesel engine to investigate the effect of blended fuel on the combustion and emission characteristics of the marine diesel engine with different operating characteristics.The experimental results show that under different operating characteristics,the mixing of mMAO improves the atomization quality of fuel,improves the combustion speed,and the combustion in cylinder is more sufficient,so that the maximum combustion pressure in cylinder of diesel engine increases in varying degrees.In addition,compared with pure diesel,blended fuel combustion can also improve the economy of diesel engine.Taking 100%load condition as an example,the peak cylinder pressure of M_(20) in blended fuel is slightly higher than that of M_(0),the soot and CO emissions are reduced by 51.22%and 25.07%respectively,and the NO_(x) and HC emissions are increased by 5.65%and 35.95%respectively;considering the combustion,economy and emission performance of diesel engine,M_(20) can be used as the best mixing ratio under this load.This study provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the popularization and application potential of mMAO as a diesel alternative fuel in the field of marine engines.
