摘 要:分析了电解铜箔的核心设备阴极辊结构,提取出其影响质量的关键结构件纯钛筒体的直线度、椭圆度两个重要参数,对此参数影响因素进行实验和大量数据积累分析,制定出控制直线度和椭圆度的最佳方案。结果表明:在保证旋压芯模直线度和椭圆度<0.1 mm情况下,通过修正钛环坯定位环内径偏差,对称性增加碾压轮数量,对钛环坯整体加热,在加工过程中对钛环坯局部针对性加热,钛筒体成形后对钛筒局部进行钻孔,敲打时效处理等工艺方法,大幅度提高了超大规格钛筒体的椭圆度和直线度。在改善芯模形状公差条件下,采用6个碾压轮、加工过程中局部加热的方法,是提高纯钛筒体的直线度和椭圆度最有效的方式。但是未考虑钛环坯加工过程中的热变形,碾压轮加工时的热变形;在钛环坯不同旋压状态下,碾压轮与钛环坯表面的摩擦力等影响因素。今后,需对这些影响因素,进行大量试验分析,研究更有效的工艺控制方法,来进一步提高超大规格钛筒体的成品质量,从而对进一步提高铜箔质量做出来有意义的尝试。The structure of cathode roll,the core equipment of electrolytic copper foil,is analyzed,and two important parameters,straightness and ellipticity,which affect the quality of pure titanium cylinder,are extracted,through experiment and data accumulation analysis,the best scheme of control‐ling straightness and ellipticity is found.The results show that when the straightness and ovality of spin‐ning mandrel are less than 0.1 mm,through modifying the inner diameter deviation of the positioning ring,increasing the number of roller roller in symmetry,heating the whole titanium ring blank,heating the part of the titanium ring blank in the process,forming the titanium cylinder,the ovality and straight‐ness of the super-large titanium cylinder are greatly improved by drilling the part of the titanium cylin‐der and knocking aging treatment.It is the most effective way to improve the straightness and ovality of the pure titanium cylinder by using 6 roller wheels and local heating in the process.However,the t hermal deformation in the process of titanium ring blank and the friction between the roller and the surface of titanium ring blank were not considered.In the future,it is necessary to carry out a lot of tests and analyses on these factors,and to study more effective process control methods,so as to further improve the quality of the finished products of the super-large titanium cylinder,therefore,it is a meaningful attempt to improve the quality of copper foil.
