增程式电动汽车亏电状态实际道路排放特性研究

摘  要:为了探究增程式电动汽车在亏电状态下实际道路排放特性,文章采用AVL M.O.V.E便携式车载排放测试系统,对一辆增程式电动汽车在亏电状态下开展实际道路排放测试,对比不同车辆模式下排放表现。测试结果表明:在所有模式下,该车辆的污染物排放结果均低于国Ⅵ排放限值。其中,CO、PN排放因子与CO_(2)排放量有较强的正相关性;NO_(x)排放因子与市郊及高速段增程器启停频率及启动功率有较强的正相关性。由于试验过程增程器启停频繁,在冷机的起动、冷机(水温低于70℃)及热机起动等工况下易出现PN、CO、NO_(x)排放峰值,且在急加速的瞬间也会出现NO_(x)和PN排放峰值,这些情况在排放控制中应予以重点关注。In order to explore the actual on-road emission characteristics of extended-range electric vehicles in the state of power loss,this paper uses AVL M.O.V.E portable on-vehicle emission test system to carry out the actual on-road emission test on an extended-range electric vehicle under the state of power loss,and compares the emission performance of different vehicle modes.The test results show that:in all modes,the pollutant emission results of the vehicle are lower than the nationalⅥemission limit.Among them,CO and PN emission factors have strong positive correlation with CO_(2) emission.The NOx emission factor has a strong positive correlation with the start-stop frequency and starting power of the range extender in suburban and high-speed areas.Due to the frequent start and stop of the range extender during the test process,PN,CO and NOx emission peaks are prone to occur under the starting,cooling(water temperature below 70℃)and heat engine starting conditions,and NOx and PN emission peaks will also occur at the moment of rapid acceleration,which should be paid attention to in emission control.
