汽车座舱内局部送风对热舒适的影响研究

摘  要:为进一步提升汽车座舱的热舒适性水平,文章借助环境模拟试验舱与座舱热舒适性测评假人,对不同参数的局部送风对乘员局部热舒适性的影响展开了深入研究。结果显示:在夏季高温环境下,随着空调的运行,热感觉呈现出迅速下降后逐渐趋于稳定的趋势;当座舱内环境温度保持恒定的情况下,热感觉会随着风速的增大而逐渐降低,且存在一个最佳值,可使热感觉维持在热中性状态,而风速过大则会使热感觉趋向于冷;在改变相同风速时,其对热感觉的影响会随着风速的增加而减小;在保持风速不变的情形下,改变座舱温度值,热感觉与温度变化呈正相关的线性关系。该研究结果能够为优化汽车座舱内局部送风的控制策略提供指引,进而提高座舱热舒适性。In order to further improve the thermal comfort level of the vehicle cabin,this paper conducts indepth research on the influence of different parameters of local ventilation on the thermal comfort of occupants using environmental simulation test chamber and cabin thermal comfort evaluation mannequin.The results show that as the air conditioning runs in the summer high temperature environment,the thermal sensation shows a trend of rapidly decreasing and then gradually stabilizing;when the cabin environment temperature remains constant,the thermal sensation will gradually decrease with the increase of wind speed,and there is an optimal value that can keep the thermal sensation at the neutral thermal state,while the wind speed is too large,it will make the thermal sensation tend to cold;when the wind speed is the same,its influence on the thermal sensation will decrease as the wind speed increases;when the wind speed remains unchanged,the change of cabin temperature value is linearly related to the thermal sensation with a positive correlation.The research results can provide guidance for optimizing the control strategy of local ventilation in the vehicle cabin and improving the thermal comfort of the cabin.
