摘 要:汽车CAN总线作为汽车电子电器行业应用广泛的通信技术,随着整车智能化、网联化的不断发展,总线上的节点不断增多,汽车总线故障也愈发复杂。这对汽车诊断工程师诊断专业能力提出了很高要求。因此,掌握处理总线故障的思路对于解决总线故障问题至关重要。文章以某车型样车OBD故障灯故障作为案例进行分析,介绍总线故障的诊断思路。首先,根据数据分析故障类型,接着通过排除法锁定故障模块,最终确认问题的根本原因。期望为其他诊断工程师解决总线故障提供一些借鉴经验。Automotive CAN bus is a widely used communication technology in automotive electronic and electrical industry.With the continuous development of vehicle intelligence and network connection,the number of nodes on the bus is increasing,and the fault of automotive bus is becoming more and more complicated.This puts forward high requirements on the diagnostic professional ability of automotive diagnostic engineers.Therefore,it is very important to know how to deal with bus fault.This paper analyzes the fault of OBD lamp of a model car as a case,and introduces the diagnosis idea of bus fault.First,analyze the fault type according to the data,and then lock the fault module through the elimination method to finally identify the root cause of the problem.It is expected to provide some experience for other diagnostic engineers to solve bus faults.
