摘  要:新工科教育背景下,如何通过教育教学改革,更好地服务国家战略需求,培养具有国际竞争力的创新人才,成为了教育改革的重要内容。传统教育教学模式下,课程体系、教师队伍、人才培养模式存在一定的局限性。把握历史机遇,提升发展动能,就必须在产教融合、科教融汇中不断探索出人才培养的新路径、新模式。以《路基路面工程》为例,分析当前教学现状,探索科教产融合的人才培养新模式,为道路专业教学改革提供参考和借鉴。Under the background of new engineering education,how to better serve national strategic needs and cultivate innovative talents with international competitiveness through education and teaching reform has become an important content of education reform.Under the traditional education and teaching model,there are certain limitations in the curriculum system,teacher team,and talent cultivation model.To seize historical opportunities and enhance development momentum,it is necessary to continuously explore new paths and models for talent cultivation through the integration of industry and education,as well as the integration of science and education.This article takes Road Sub-grade and Pavement Engineering as an example to analyze the current teaching situation,explore a new talent cultivation model that integrates science,education,and industry,so as to provide reference and inspiration for the reform of road specialty teaching.
