摘 要:针对渤海莱州湾地下卤水超滤处理过程中出现的超滤膜膜通量下降快、清洗频率高等问题,文章提出了超声波清洗除垢技术应用于卤水超滤系统的研究思路,并开展了相关的试验研究。结果表明,超声波清洗除垢技术应用于卤水超滤系统,在产水水质不变的前提下,超滤膜膜通量下降减缓,产水量增加,达到了降低清洗频率的目的,试验证明了超声波清洗除垢技术应用于卤水超滤新工艺的可行性。Aiming at the problems of rapid decrease of membrane flux and high cleaning fre⁃quency in the process of ultrafiltration of underground brine in Laizhou Bay of Bohai Sea,the re⁃search idea of applying ultrasonic cleaning and descaling technology to brine ultrafiltration system was put forward,and related experimental studies were carried out.The results showed that the ap⁃plication of ultrasonic cleaning and descaling technology in brine ultrafiltration system can retard the flux of ultrafiltration membrane descend and increase the amount of water produced under the premise of constant water quality,to reduce the cleaning frequency.The experiment proved the feasibility of applying ultrasonic cleaning and descaling technology to brine ultrafiltration new pro⁃cess.
