盐泥制备半水硫酸钙晶须的工艺研究

摘  要:以盐泥为原料,采用水热法制备半水硫酸钙晶须。通过单因素试验法探究了反应温度、反应时间、反应物浓度、盐泥酸浸液pH值、预热温度等因素对硫酸钙晶须形貌的影响,然后通过正交实验确认了最佳试验条件。结果表明,盐泥水热法制备硫酸钙晶须的最佳条件为:反应温度130℃、反应时间2h、反应物浓度0.4mol/L、盐泥酸浸液pH值0.5、预热温度100℃。由此方法制备的半水硫酸钙晶须形貌均一,表面细致光滑,为细长针状,其长径比为266,平均长度为518.7μm,平均直径为1.95μm。该水热制备方法通过提前将盐泥转化为酸浸液,提高了钙离子的溶解度,无需进行高温搅拌,降低了对反应设备的要求,提高了生产安全性。Hemihydrate calcium sulfate whisker was prepared from salt sludge by hydrother⁃mal method.The effects of reaction temperature,time,reactant concentration,pH value and pre⁃heating temperature on the morphology of calcium sulfate whisker were investigated by single factor test method.The optimal preparation conditions were confirmed by orthogonal experiment.The re⁃sults showed that the optimum conditions for preparing calcium sulfate whisker by hydrothermal method are as follows:reaction temperature was 130℃,reaction time was 2 h,solution concentra⁃tion was 0.4 mol/L,pH value of solution was 0.5,preheating temperature was 100℃.The hemihy⁃drate calcium sulfate whiskers prepared under these conditions have uniform morphology with fine and smooth surface and slender needle-like shape.The aspect ratio,average length and average di⁃ameter of the whiskers was 266,518.7μm,and 1.95μm,separately.The hydrothermal prepara⁃tion method developed by this article can improves the solubility of calcium ions by converting the salt sludge into acid leaching solution in advance,avoiding stirring process under high-temperature condition.It also reduces the requirement for reaction equipment and improves production safety.
