摘　　要：氯碱生产中,如何保证装置高效运行是确保装置效益最大化的前提。文章介绍了车间氯气液化及包装工段一次提产增效过程中氯气液化工序优化的过程,对优化前后的工艺工序和过程优化控制方式方法进行描述,对比了优化前后运行情况,总结概括了此次工序优化带来的综合效益,为同行业其他厂家提供参考。During chlor alkali products production,ensuring the efficient operation of the equipment is a prerequisite for maximizing the efficiency of the equipment.This article introduced the optimization process of the liquid chlorine liquefaction process in the workshop chlorine lique⁃faction and packaging section during a production increase and efficiency enhancement process.It described the process characteristics before and after optimization,and provided a detailed description of the process optimization control methods.It compared the operation before and after optimiza⁃tion,summarized the comprehensive benefits brought by this process optimization,and provided reference for other manufacturers in the same industry.
