摘 要:近年来,中国农业保险发展迅速,在促进绿色金融、农业低碳转型等方面进行了有益尝试。采用中国256个地级市数据,分析农业保险影响农业碳排放所发挥的功能机制和可能产生的空间减碳作用,并揭示农业保险对促进农业碳排放减少的具体作用路径和影响效应。结果表明,农业保险保费收入、农业保险深度、农业保险密度每提高1%,相邻地区的农业碳排放强度分别下降0.040%、0.651%、0.198%,农业保险的发展具有显著的空间减碳效应;且农业保险可通过机械化水平、作物种类及种养殖规模等影响碳排放。应强化补贴政策支持,科学识别减排机制,并精准实施减排策略。In recent years,China's agricultural insurance has developed rapidly,making valuable attempts to promote green finance and facilitate the low-carbon transformation of agriculture.This study utilizes data from 256 prefecture-level cities in China to analyze the functional mechanisms through which agricultural insurance impacts agricultural carbon emissions,as well as its potential spatial carbon reduction effects.It aims to reveal the specific pathways and the effects of agricultural insurance in promoting reductions in agricultural carbon emissions.The results indicate that every 1% increase in the premium income,the penetration and the density of agricultural insurance leads to the reductions in the intensity of agricultural carbon emission in neighboring regions by 0.04%,0.651%,and 0.198% respectively.The development of agricultural insurance has a significant spatial carbon reduction effect.Furthermore,agricultural insurance can influence carbon emissions through factors such as mechanization levels,crop varieties,and scale of farming and breeding.Therefore,subsidy policies should be strengthened,emission reduction mechanisms should be scientifically identified,and emission reduction strategies should be implemented precisely.
