摘 要:针对含水状态下的半刚性基层裂缝修复工程,对比了自研和市售高聚物注浆材料在不同含水率下的膨胀倍率、拉伸性能、压缩性能和粘结性能。结果表明,市售高聚物注浆材料对水较为敏感,含水率4%以上时过度膨胀至20倍以上,基本丧失力学性能;而自研高聚物注浆材料在10%含水率下膨胀倍率仅为1.5,拉伸性能、压缩性能无明显衰减,粘结强度大于1.8MPa,显著优于市售材料。According to the crack restoration project of the semi-rigid base under the condition containing moisture,the expansion ratio,tensile properties,compression properties,and bonding properties of self-developed and commercially available high polymer grouting materials under different moisture contents are compared.The results show that,commercially available high polymer grouting materials are more sensitive to water,and when the moisture content is above 4%,it excessively expands to more than 20 times,basically losing the mechanical properties.While the self-developed high polymer grouting material has an expansion ratio of only 1.5 at the moisture content of 10%,with no significant attenuation in tensile and compression properties,and the bonding strength is greater than 1.8 MPa,significantly better than the commercially available material.
