高速公路工程初步设计概算审查工作探析

摘　　要：概算对工程建设具有重要的指导作用,经批准通过的初步设计概算是公路工程建设项目投资的最高限额,也是控制施工图预算的基础和依据。文章从设计方案合理性、材料价格监测、征迁补偿标准的确定以及造价从业人员管理等方面提出相关建议,以确保初步设计概算符合工程建设实际情况,推动提升项目质量。The budgetary estimate has an important guiding role in the project construction,and the approved preliminary design budgetary estimate is the maximum investment limit of the highway engineering construction project,and it is also the foundation and basis for controlling the construction drawing budget.The relevant suggestions are put forward from the aspects like rationality of design scheme,material price monitoring,determination of compensation standard for relocation,and management of cost practitioners,so as to ensure that the preliminary design budgetary estimate is in line with the actual situation of engineering construction and promote the improvement of project quality.
