以红色文化为特征的行政院校景观设计研究

摘　　要：结合我国现阶段基本国情和各历史时期的重要历史事件,以文化景观理论为基础,综合环境保护和生态优先等政策影响因素,以中共福建省委党校福建行政学院新校区景观设计为个案,探究党校内环境景观设计在空间与人之间的红色精神传递。通过项目再现的方式,以项目选址、设计与项目实施的落地为主;并以建党、建国至实现“中国梦”的整个历史过程为线索,于景观设计中结合校训、党校精神、党的重大历史事件、校内红色建筑等党校独特红色资源,及其他景观资源,通过以生态优先为首要的目标,整合、利用景观资源和历史遗迹,通过现代先进技术和设计手法,重新打造具有时代特色和以红色教育为一体的党校自然景观体系,为今后类似设计项目提供借鉴。Combining the current basic national conditions of our country and important historical events of various historical periods,taking the theory of cultural landscape as the foundation,and integrating policy factors such as environmental protection and ecological priority,this paper explores the transmission of red spirit between space and people in the landscape design of the new campus of the Party School of Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Fujian Administrative Institute.Through the method of project reproduction,focusing on the site selection,design,and implementation of the project;and taking the entire historical process from the establishment of the Party and the nation to the realization of the"Chinese Dream"as the clue,the landscape design integrates the school motto,the spirit of the Party School,major historical events of the Party,and unique red resources such as red buildings on campus,as well as other landscape resources.With ecological priority as the primary goal,it integrates and utilizes landscape resources and historical relics,and rebuilds a natural landscape system of the Party School with characteristics of the times and integrated red education through modern advanced technology and design techniques,providing a reference for similar design projects in the future.
