摘 要:随着预制菜以及冷链物流的发展,对大型冷链仓储设施的需求越来越多。如何建造安全且能耗低的冷库结构,成为结构设计的一个重难点。为此,对冷库结构楼面布置方案等进行分析比选,分析外挂框架结构对结构设计的影响。最后对温度荷载进行了重点分析。主要分析相邻层产生的温差效应,整体温度变化产生的结构内力和配筋,外围护墙的的内外温差计算,以及外围护墙整体升降温产生的围护结构体系的内力。With the development of pre-made meals and cold chain logistics,there is an increasing demand for large-scale cold chain storage facilities.How to build a safe and low-energy cold storage structure has become a key and difficult point in structural design.To this end,analyze and compare the layout schemes of the cold storage structure floor,and analyze the impact of the external frame structure on the structural design.Finally,finite element analysis was conducted on the temperature load.Mainly analyze the temperature difference effect generated by adjacent layers;Structural internal forces and reinforcement generated by overall temperature changes;The calculation of the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the peripheral protective wall,as well as the internal forces of the enclosure structure system generated by the overall temperature rise and fall of the peripheral protective wall.
