给排水常用标准中水头损失计算公式比较分析

摘  要:通过采用不动点迭代法解柯尔勃洛克-怀特公式,对现行给排水常用标准规定的三种水损计算公式进行分析比较后发现:在旧钢管的计算中,海澄-威廉系数在不同的流速范围内采用海澄-威廉系数修正公式修正后,可减小与柯尔勃洛克-怀特公式计算结果的误差。然而,当采用除旧钢管以外的管材进行类似的修正时,误差反而更大。此外,现行常用标准存在海澄-威廉系数和当量粗糙度取值不一致的问题,也是造成海澄-威廉公式和柯尔勃洛克·怀特公式的计算结果存在较大误差的原因之一。By using the fixed point iteration method to solve the Colebrook-White formula,the three formulas for calculating water head loss stipulated in the current water supply and drainage standard are compared and analyzed.It is found that in the calculation of old steel pipe,the error between the calculation result and the Colebrook-White formula can be reduced by using the correction formula of the Hazen-Willians coefficient in different flow rate range.However,when similar corrections are made using pipes other than old steel pipes,the error is even greater.In addition,the inconsistencies of the values of Hazen-Willians coefficient and equivalent roughness in the Current standard are also one of the reasons for the large errors in the calculation results of the Hazen-Willians formula and the Colebrook-White formula.
