摘 要:以某倒锥壳水塔存在的缺陷问题和对应加固措施处理为背景,通过Midas Gen有限元分析软件,建立受损水塔的计算模型,分析水塔的变形、承载力、抗裂和挠度。上述分析结果表明:水塔有效厚度减小后,侧壁环向承载力呈现降低,抗裂度大幅降低;随着壁厚的增加,水塔侧壁的应力随之减小。通过分析倒锥壳水塔存在的缺陷问题,如水塔壁露筋、孔洞、倾斜、基础沉降等,针对不同缺陷,提出了不同的加固措施。Taking the defects and corresponding reinforcement measures of a conical shell water tank as the background,a calculation model of the damaged water tank was established using the finite element analysis software Midas Gen.The analysis results showed that after the effective thickness of the water tank was reduced,the lateral ring bearing capacity decreased significantly,and the crack resistance decreased significantly.As the wall thickness increased,the stress in the sidewall of the water tank decreased.By analyzing the defects of the conical shell water tank,such as exposed steel bars,holes,tilting,and foundation settlement,different reinforcement measures were proposed for different defects.
