摘　　要：针对预制混凝土外墙外饰面石材反打工艺存在的设计构造不合理、生产工艺不规范、检验标准缺失等问题,通过调研和试验分析,研究石材背面不锈钢卡钩的锚固设计构造,以及石材反打生产工艺和石材锚固质量检测。通过研究,提出石材反打设计方法、石材反打生产工艺流程及质量控制要点、反打石材拉拔检测方法,有助于实现预制混凝土外墙外饰面石材反打工艺的安全适用、技术先进、经济美观、确保质量的目标,对外饰面石材反打工艺技术的规模化推广应用,也具有重要意义。In response to the problems of unreasonable design and construction,non-standard production,and missing inspection standards in the anchor process of exterior veneer stone in the precast concrete exterior wall,through research and experimental analysis,this article studied the design and construction of stainless steel hook anchoring on the back of the stone,as well as the production process and quality inspection of stone anchor.Through the research,proposed design methods for stone anchor,production process and quality control points for stone anchor,and testing method for the quality of stone anchor,which help to achieve the goals of safety,applicability,advanced technology,economic aesthetics,and quality assurance of anchor technology of exterior veneer stone in the precast concrete exterior wall.The large-scale promotion and application of the anchor technology of exterior veneer stone is of great significance.Testing method for the quality of stone anchor is technically feasible,easy to operate,and has reliable data.It can be used for testing the anchoring strength of stone anchor.The qualification criteria still need further experimental research.
