摘  要:工程勘察设计单位的员工技能,对整个单位的发展具有重要的意义。员工培训可以增强单位的竞争力,能够帮助员工不断加强自身能力。为此,分析工程勘察设计单位培训员工中存在的问题和原因,提出改善企业的员工培训方式,确保员工的培训和评估可以获得长远的监督和控制,将有助于工程勘察设计单位发展。The skills of employees in engineering survey and design units are of great significance to the development of the entire unit.Employee training can enhance the competitiveness of the organization and help employees continuously strengthen their own abilities.Therefore,analyzing the problems and reasons in the training of employees in engineering survey and design units,proposing improvements to the company s employee training methods,and ensuring long-term supervision and control of employee training and evaluation will help the development of engineering survey and design units.
