关于地热水理疗评价指标沿革的探讨

摘  要:在国家“双碳”战略目标的背景下,作为可再生清洁能源的地热能越来越受到国家的重视。近年来,地热水广泛应用于供暖、发电及理疗等领域。为合理评价地热水的理疗价值,本文详细梳理了自1989年以来我国发布的有关地热水理疗价值评价的标准,发现锰、偏砷酸、偏磷酸、镭、氟、锶等9个评价指标存在变动,温度和矿化度因适用范围及定义的不同发生改变。评价了典型组分对人体的影响,深化了人们对理疗评价指标的认识,对地热水理疗评价标准中的指标提出建议。Under the background of national“Double carbon”strategy,as a renewable and clean energy,geothermal energy has been paid more and more attention.In recent years,geothermal water has been widely used in heating,power generation and therapy fields.In order to evaluate the physiotherapy value of geothermal water reasonably,the standards of physiotherapy value of geothermal water published in our country since 1989 have been introduced,it is found that evaluation indexes of Mn,MA,PA,Ra,F,Sr have been changed,and the temperature and salinity have been changed with different definition.The effects of typical components on human body have been evaluated,and the understanding of physiotherapy evaluation indexes has been deepened.
