摘　　要：通过分析目前FULink联盟成员馆的电子书采购现状,探讨基于联盟内的资源共享优势,以降低资源重复建设率和采购成本,提高联盟成员馆电子书资源的利用率和读者满意度,实现资金效益最大化,提出了基于读者决策的电子书联合采购策略。这种策略不仅体现了以读者为中心的服务理念,也符合图书馆联盟资源共享的核心价值观,是对FULink联盟电子书资源采购一次有益的探索。This article explores a reader-centered purchasing strategy for e-books based on the advantages of resource sharing within the FULink Alliance to reduce redundant resource construction and procurement costs,enhances the utilization rate of e-book resources among Alliance members,improves reader satisfaction,and maximizes capital efficiency.This strategy not only reflects a reader-centered service concept,but also aligns with the core value of resource sharing among libraries in a consortium.It represents a beneficial exploration of e-book procurement for the FULink Alliance.
