双腔水囊引产联合缩宫素引产对足月初产妇的妊娠结局及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:双腔水囊联合缩宫素引产对足月初产妇的妊娠结局及安全性研究。方法:收集2022年7月至2023年6月本院100例足月初产妇,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组给予缩宫素催滴引产,观察组在对照组基础上联合双腔水囊引产。比较两组宫颈成熟度、产程用时、阴道分娩率、新生儿Apgar评分、产后出血和产后感染率。结果:观察组促宫颈成熟总有效率、阴道分娩率和新生儿Apgar评分>7分占比均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产后2 h、12 h、24 h出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组产后感染发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:对于足月需引产的初产妇,双腔水囊联合缩宫素可促宫颈成熟,缩短产程,提高阴道分娩率,减少产后出血且不增加产后感染风险,并可缓解新生儿窒息情况。Objective:To study the pregnancy outcomes and safety of two-chamber water sac combined with oxytocin for induced labor in full-term primiparas.Methods:A total of 100 full-term primiparas in the hospital were enrolled between July 2022 and June 2023.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=50,oxytocin for induced labor)and observation group(n=50,two-chamber water sac combined with oxytocin for induced labor).The cervical maturity,stages of labor,vaginal delivery rate,neonatal Apgar score,postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum infection rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total response rate of cervical ripening,vaginal delivery rate and proportion of neonatal Apgar score>7 points in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and blood loss was less than that in control group at 2 hours,12 hours and 24 hours after delivery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum infection between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Two-chamber water sac combined with oxytocin for induced labor can promote cervical maturity,shorten stages of labor,increase vaginal delivery rate,reduce risks of postpartum hemorrhage and infection,and alleviate neonatal asphyxia in full-term primiparas.
