摘　　要：目的:研究不同浓度下给予盐酸胺碘酮静脉注射发生静脉炎的概率。方法:按照随机抽样的方法选取2021年3月至2022年12月期间120名在上饶市立医院的住院患者为实验对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各60例,研究组和对照组给予不同浓度盐酸胺碘酮注射液,观察两组患者的静脉炎发生率、舒适度以及发生静脉炎的严重程度。结果:研究组静脉炎的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组静脉炎发生的严重程度也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的舒适度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:较低浓度的盐酸胺碘酮联合使用水胶体敷料保护能够明显降低临床上静脉炎的发生以及静脉炎的程度分级,以此提升患者的治疗体验和舒适度。Objective:To investigate the probability of phlebitis caused by intravenous administration of amiodarone hydrochloride at different concentrations.Methods:According to the random sampling method,120 inpatients in Shangrao Municipal Hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected as experimental subjects,and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,60 cases in each group,and the study group and the control group were given different concentrations of amiodarone hydrochloride injection,and the incidence of phlebitis in the two groups was observed,the comparison of patient comfort and the severity of phlebitis between the two groups.Results:The incidence of phlebitis in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The severity of phlebitis in the study group was also significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The comfort level of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of lower concentrations of amiodarone hydrochloride and hydrocolloid dressing protection can significantly reduce the occurrence of phlebitis and the grading of phlebitis in clinical practice,thereby improving the comfort and treatment experience of patients.
