复合凝乳酶胶囊对功能性消化不良患儿的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复合凝乳酶胶囊对功能性消化不良患儿(Functional dyspepsia,FD)临床症状及血清白介素-6(Interleukin 6,IL-6)、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平的影响。方法:回顾性收集2022年5月至2023年7月期间本院收治的179例FD患儿的临床资料。按照治疗方案的不同,将患儿分为对照组(应用健胃消食口服液+沙棘干乳剂联合疗法,81例)和观察组(应用健胃消食口服液+沙棘干乳剂+复合凝乳酶胶囊联合疗法,98例)。观察比较两组的临床症状、血清IL-6水平和血清TNF-α水平以及不良反应。结果:治疗1 m后,两组的上腹痛、腹部胀满感、进食后过早饱足、频繁嗳气、恶心、呕吐、胃酸倒流等临床症状评分均显著降低,且观察组的各项临床症状评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1 m后,两组的血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均下降,且观察组的血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:FD患儿在接受健胃消食口服液+沙棘干乳剂的基础上联合复合凝乳酶胶囊治疗后,展现出了更佳的治疗效果。能有效帮助患儿缓解临床症状,并降低血清中的IL-6和TNF-α,其安全性高,适宜在临床治疗中广泛采用。Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical symptoms,levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)induced by compound rennet capsule in children with functional dyspepsia(FD)Methods:The clinical data of 179 children with FD admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to July 2023 were retrospectively collected.According to different treatment plans,the children were divided into control group(combined therapy of Jianweishi oral liquid+sea buckthorn dry emulsion,81 cases)and observation group(combined therapy of Jianweishi oral liquid+sea buckthorn dry emulsion+compound rennet capsule,98 cases).The clinical symptoms,serum IL-6 level,serum TNF-αlevel and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After 1 month of treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,abdominal fullness,premature satiety after eating,frequent belching,nausea,vomiting,acid reflux and other clinical symptoms were significantly reduced in both groups,and the scores of clinical symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin both groups were decreased,and the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After receiving Jianweishingshi oral liquid+sea buckthorns dry emulsion combined with compound rennet capsule,children with FD showed better therapeutic effect.It can effectively help children relieve clinical symptoms,and reduce the serum IL-6 and TNF-α,which is safe and suitable for widespread use in clinical treatment.
