环丝氨酸胶囊联合3DTZE/9DTZ方案治疗肺结核患者的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:分析肺结核患者经环丝氨酸胶囊联合3DTZE/9DTZ方案治疗的效果。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年1月期间本院诊治的80例肺结核患者作为研究对象。随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用3DTZE/9DTZ抗结核方案治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用环丝氨酸胶囊治疗。分析对比两组的临床疗效、T细胞亚群(CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+))、肺功能[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)]以及不良反应。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD_(4)^(+)T显著高于对照组,CD_(8)^(+)T显著低于对照组(P<70.05)。治疗后,观察组的FEV_(1)、FVC均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:环丝氨酸胶囊联合3DTZE/9DTZ方案治疗肺结核,能够提高疗效,改善患者免疫状态,促进患者肺功能康复,且不增加不良反应。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of cycloserine capsule combined with 3DTZE/9DTZ in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:80 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received 3DTZE/9DTZ anti-tuberculosis regimen.Observation group was treated with cycloserine capsules on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,T lymphocytes(CD4^(+),CD8^(+)),lung function[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)]and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After 12 months of treatment,CD4^(+)T in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and CD8^(+)T was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV1 and FVC in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cycloserine capsule combined with 3DTZE/9DTZ regimen in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis can improve the curative effect,improve the immune status of patients,and promote the rehabilitation of lung function without increasing adverse reactions.
