摘  要:近年来,为增加电力系统灵活性,特别是减少弃风、优化煤电和核电站的运营,我国甚至全球范围内大力发展抽水蓄能电站。从已核定抽水蓄能电站容量电价可以看到,各电站容量电价差异大,其主要原因就是各电站建设成本的不同。做好全过程造价管理,保证电站“不亏钱”是最为关键的内容。本文主要论述了抽水蓄能电站造价管理中存在的问题和不同建设阶段下BIM的应用价值,然后就BIM在我国的推广应用进行探讨。In recent years,in order to increase the flexibility of the power system,especially to reduce wind power curtailment and optimize the operation of coal-fired and nuclear power plants,China and even the world have vigorously developed pumped storage power plants.From the approved capacity electricity prices of pumped storage power stations,it can be seen that there are significant differences in capacity electricity prices among different power stations,mainly due to the different construction costs of each power station.Doing a good job in cost management throughout the entire process to ensure that the power station does not lose money is the most critical content.This article mainly discusses the problems in cost management of pumped storage power stations and the application value of BIM in different construction stages,and then explores the promotion and application of BIM in China.
