摘  要:本文以常山华侨经济开发区为研究对象,对开发区建设用地强度和土地集约利用进行研究。通过计算,2015-2022年常山华侨经济开发区单位国内生产总值建设用地使用面积下降率为25%;经与目标比对,对完成结果进行了分析。经测算,福建云霄常山经济开发区土地集约度综合分值为85.64分,土地集约利用水平较高。从建设用地规模,土地报批、供应、盘活情况分析建设用地强度控制情况。针对评价反映出的特征、问题等情况,从合理优化用地结构、加强盘活存量土地、提质增效低效用地、健全市场和监管机制四个方面对提高建设用地节约集约水平、低效用地再开发进行讨论。This article takes Changshan Overseas Chinese Economic Development Zone as the research object,and studies the intensity of construction land and intensive land use in the development zone.By calculation,the decline rate of construction land use area per unit of GDP in Changshan Overseas Chinese Economic Development Zone from 2015 to 2022 is 25%.After comparing with the target,the completed results were analyzed.According to calculations,the comprehensive score of land intensity in Yunxiao Changshan Economic Development Zone,Fujian is 85.64 points,indicating a high level of land intensive use.The intensity control of construction land is analyzed from the perspective of land scale,land approval,supply,and revitalization.In response to the characteristics and problems reflected in the evaluation,this article discusses the improvement of the level of conservation and intensification of construction land and the redevelopment of inefficient land from four aspects:rational optimization of land use structure,strengthening the revitalization of existing land,improving the quality and efficiency of inefficient land use,and improving market and regulatory mechanisms.
