大数据时代加强档案管理信息化建设的对策

摘　　要：在大数据时代,档案管理信息化建设面临着新的机遇,也面临着大数据时代的新挑战。传统的档案管理方式存在着效率不高、数据不全、共享不畅以及不能适应现代管理需要的问题。本文分析了档案管理信息化建设的现状和不足,探讨了数据采集与存储、数据挖掘与分析、数据安全与隐私保护等大数据技术在档案管理中的核心应用。结合这些技术,提出了一些对策,如构建智能档案管理平台,加强数据标准化,增强系统安全性,利用人工智能对档案进行优化处理,实现数据共享与协作等,以期为档案管理信息化建设提供参考。In the era of big data,the informationization construction of archive management is facing new opportunities as well as new challenges in the big data era.The traditional archive management method has problems such as low efficiency,incomplete data,poor sharing,and inability to meet the needs of modern management.This article analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of information technology construction in archive management,and explores the core applications of big data technologies such as data collection and storage,data mining and analysis,data security and privacy protection in archive management.Based on these technologies,some countermeasures have been proposed,such as building an intelligent archive management platform,strengthening data standardization,enhancing system security,using artificial intelligence to optimize archive processing,achieving data sharing and collaboration,etc.,in order to provide reference for the informationization construction of archive management.
