摘  要:柴里煤矿是开采60年的老矿,煤炭资源已近枯竭。由于煤炭资源为不可再生资源,如何合理地开采现有煤炭资源,优化开采方案,最大限度地提高煤炭资源回收率,缓解采场生产接续,相应延长矿井的服务年限,已经引起矿党政的高度重视,合理开发资源、节约资源已在全矿干部职工心中达成共识,矿井-490水平除16煤、237采区和二斜井保护煤柱外,剩余可采储量仅为300万吨左右。近年来,面对柴里煤矿原煤生产总量和生产能力持续保持稳定、煤炭市场发展良好的态势,如何延长矿井服务年限将是摆在我们面前的一项重要技术管理课题。Chaili Coal Mine is an old mine that has been mined for 60 years,and its coal resources are almost depleted.Due to the non renewable nature of coal resources,how to reasonably exploit existing coal resources,optimize mining plans,maximize coal resource recovery,alleviate production continuity in the mining area,and correspondingly extend the service life of the mine has attracted high attention from the mining party and government.Reasonable development and conservation of resources have reached a consensus among all cadres and workers in the mine.Except for the 16th coal seam,237 mining area,and the protection coal pillar of the second inclined shaft,the remaining recoverable reserves of Mine-490 level are only about 3 million tons.In recent years,facing the continuous stability of the total coal production and production capacity of Chaili Coal Mine,as well as the good development of the coal market,how to extend the service life of the mine will be an important technical management issue facing us.
