摘 要:为解决超大吨位桥梁施工能在跨越既有交通线路时不中断线路运营的问题,采用转体施工技术,依托跨新兖铁路转体T型刚构桥,分析桥梁受力状态,通过不平衡称重试验,结合顶力—位移曲线,准确计算转体的不平衡力矩、球铰摩阻力矩及偏心距,从而实施精确管控,保障桥梁转体过程的稳定性。计算结果表明:偏心距为7.9cm,处于设计规范要求的5~15cm,无需额外配重,本身可克服不平衡力矩。In order to solve the problem that the construction of super-large tonnage bridges can not interrupt the operation of the line when crossing the existing traffic lines,the rotating construction technology is adopted.Relying on the T-shaped rigid frame bridge across the Xinyan Railway,the stress state of the bridge is analyzed,and the unbalanced moment,ball hinge friction resistance torque and eccentricity of the rotating body are accurately calculated through the unbalanced weighing test,combined with the jacking force-displacement curve,so as to implement precise control and ensure the stability of the bridge rotation process.The calculation results show that the eccentricity is 7.9cm,which is between 5 to 15cm as required by the design specification,and the unbalanced moment can be overcome without additional counterweight.
