摘  要:天然气的热值较高,是一种比较高效和优质的清洁型能源,但其具有易燃易爆炸的特性,当处于密闭空间并达到爆炸极限的情况下,天然气与空气的混合物遇到明火会发生剧烈爆炸,产生2000℃以上的高温,还会伴随着2000~3000m/s的爆炸波。对户内燃气泄漏的应急管理进行优化,能够减少燃气伤害事故的发生,更好地保护居民的生命财产安全。根据风险管控的四要素,分析燃气泄漏类型,为完善燃气泄漏事故应急管理提供判断依据;提出优化政企对接机制,完善燃气企业联动演练机制,制定预防措施,构建隐患全周期管控机制;利用智能燃气表数字化应用,实现户内燃气管道使用安全。Natural gas has a high calorific value and is a relatively efficient and high-quality clean energy source,but it has the characteristics of flammability and explosion.When it is in a closed space and reaches the explosion limit,a mixture of natural gas and air will undergo a violent explosion when exposed to an open flame,producing high temperatures of over 2000益and accompanied by explosive waves of 2000-3000m/s.Optimizing emergency management for indoor gas leaks can reduce the occurrence of gas injury accidents and better protect the safety of residents'lives and property.Based on the four elements of risk management,analyze the types of gas leaks and provide judgment basis for improving emergency management of gas leak accidents.Propose to optimize the government enterprise docking mechanism,improve the gas enterprise linkage exercise mechanism,formulate preventive measures,and establish a full cycle control mechanism for hidden dangers.Utilizing digital applications of intelligent gas meters to achieve safe use of indoor gas pipelines.
