摘　　要：重症急性胰腺炎发病时病情险恶、并发症多、病死率较高,因此,在发病早期入院检查时对患者的病情严重程度进行及时、准确的评估至关重要。本文将对目前常用的急性胰腺炎影像学评分系统(Balthazar、CTSI、EPIC)和临床评分系统(Ranson、APACHE-Ⅱ、BISAP)的近年最新研究进展进行综述。Severe acute pancreatitis is a sinister condition,with many complications and a high mortality rate,so it is important to assess the severity of the patient's condition in a timely and accurate manner at the time of admission at the early stage of the disease.This article reviews the research progress of the commonly used imaging scoring systems(Balthazar,CTSI,EPIC)and clinical scoring systems(Ranson,APACHE-II,BISAP)in recent years.
