稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗心律失常对患者心功能及血清炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗心律失常对患者心功能及血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法选择2022年4月—2023年6月赣州市人民医院收治的心律失常患者86例,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各43例。对照组予胺碘酮治疗,试验组在对照组基础上予稳心颗粒治疗,2组均治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后心功能指标[心排血量(CO)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]、血清炎性因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)]水平及不良反应。结果试验组总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的76.74%(χ^(2)=4.441,P=0.035)。治疗4周后,2组CO、LVEF高于治疗前,LVEDD小于治疗前,且试验组高/小于对照组(P<0.01);2组hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组与对照组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(13.95%vs.9.30%,χ^(2)=0.453,P=0.501)。结论稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗心律失常疗效确切,可改善心功能,降低炎性反应,且不良反应无明显增加。Objective To observe the effect of Wenxin granules combined with amiodarone on cardiac function and serum inflammatory factors in patients with arrhythmia.Methods Eighty-six patients with arrhythmia admitted to Ganzhou People′s Hospital from April 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amiodarone,and the experimental group was treated with Wenxin granules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes(CO,LVEF,LVEDD),serum inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6)levels before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.02%,which was higher than 76.74%of the control group(χ^(2)=4.441,P=0.035).After 4 weeks of treatment,CO and LVEF in the two groups were higher than before treatment,LVEDD were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was higher/lower than the control group(P<0.01).The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(13.95%vs.9.30%,χ^(2)=0.453,P=0.501).Conclusion Wenxin granules combined with amiodarone has definite curative effect in the treatment of arrhythmia,which can improve cardiac function,reduce inflammatory reaction,and there is no obvious increase in adverse reactions.
