前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗前列腺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗前列腺炎的临床效果。方法选取2021年7月—2023年1月济南市中西医结合医院收治的前列腺炎患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。观察组予前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗,对照组予单纯盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗,2组均治疗2个月。比较2组治疗效果,治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺症状指数表(NIH-CPSI)评分、相关实验室指标[白细胞计数、卵磷脂小体数量、前列腺特异性抗原(PAS)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)]、尿动力学指标(最大尿流率、平均尿流率及排尿量)变化。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的82.22%(χ^(2)=4.444,P=0.035);治疗2个月后,2组NIH-CPSI评分、白细胞计数、PAS、VCAM-1均较治疗前下降,卵磷脂小体数量、最大尿流率、平均尿流率及排尿量增加,且观察组降低或增加的程度大于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗前列腺炎的临床效果显著,可显著改善患者症状、相关实验室指标及尿动力学指标。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of a combination therapy of Qianlie Shutong capsules and tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules for prostatitis.Methods A total of 90 patients with prostatitis admitted to Jinan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2021 to January 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group received a combination therapy of Qianlie Shutong capsules and tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules,whereas those in the control group received tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules monotherapy.The treatment duration for both groups was 2 months.To compare the therapeutic efficacy between the two groups,changes in NIH-CPSI scores,as well as relevant laboratory markers(WBC count,lecithin bodies,PAS,VCAM-1)and urodynamic parameters(maximum urinary flow rate,average urinary flow rate,voided volume)were analyzed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.78%,significantly higher than that of the control group(82.22%)(χ^(2)=4.444,P=0.035).After 2 months of treatment,the NIH-CPSI scores,WBC count,PAS and VCAM-1 levels in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,while the number of lecithin bodies,maximum urinary flow rate,average urinary flow rate,and voided volume increased.The decreases or increases were more significant in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.01).Conclusion The combination therapy of Qianlie Shutong capsules and tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules demonstrated significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of prostatitis,resulting in marked improvements in patients′symptoms,laboratory markers,and urodynamic parameters.
