富血小板血浆联合干扰素α2b治疗带状疱疹的临床效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的观察富血小板血浆(PRP)联合干扰素α2b治疗带状疱疹的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2022年7月—2024年4月赣州市南康区第一人民医院收治的带状疱疹患者98例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组49例。对照组在常规干预基础上采用干扰素α2b治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用PRP治疗,2组均治疗4周。比较2组治疗效果,治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、血清炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)]水平、疼痛介质[前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)]水平,不良反应。结果研究组总有效率(93.88%)高于对照组(79.59%)(χ^(2)=4.346,P=0.037)。治疗4周后,2组VAS评分较治疗前下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01);2组CRP、IL-6、PGE_(2)、MCP-1及5-HT水平较治疗前下降,IL-10水平较治疗前升高,且研究组低/高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组不良反应总发生率(2.04%)与对照组不良反应总发生率(6.12%)比较无显著差异(χ^(2)=0.261,P=0.610)。结论PRP联合干扰素α2b治疗带状疱疹的效果较好,可有效减轻疼痛程度,缓解体内炎性反应,且安全性较高。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)combined with interferonα2b in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods A total of 98 patients with herpes zoster admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Nankang District,Ganzhou City from July 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with interferonα2b on the basis of conventional intervention,and the study group was treated with PRP on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The treatment effect,VAS scores,serum inflammatory factor(CRP,IL-6,IL-10)levels,pain medium(PGE 2,MCP-1,5-HT)levels before and after treatment,adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(93.88%)was higher than that of the control group(79.59%)(χ^(2)=4.346,P=0.037).After 4 weeks of treatment,VAS scores of two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The levels of CRP,IL-6,PGE 2,MCP-1 and 5-HT in two groups were lower than before treatment,IL-10 were higher than before treatment,and the levels in study group were lower/higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion PRP combined with interferonα2b has a good effect in the treatment of herpes zoster,which can effectively reduce the degree of pain and alleviate the inflammatory response in the body,and has a high safety.
