摘　　要：海参是一种高蛋白质、低脂肪、营养丰富的海产品,被广泛应用于食品、医药等领域。对中国海参产业链发展现状进行深入分析,并提出相应的发展建议。首先,对海参市场需求、产量、养殖技术、产品类型及品牌进行分析,发现海参消费市场潜力巨大。然后,从海参养殖、加工、销售环节分析目前存在的问题与挑战。最后,针对海参产业链的发展趋势提出相应的战略和政策建议,以促进海参产业的高质量发展。Sea cucumber is a kind of seafood with high protein,low fat and rich nutrition,which is widely used in food,medicine and other fields.The development status of China’s sea cucumber industry chain is deeply analyzed,and the corresponding development suggestions are put forward.Firstly,the market demand,production,breeding technology,product type and brand of sea cucumber are analyzed,and it is found that sea cucumber consumption market has great potential.Then,the existing problems and challenges are analyzed from the aspects of sea cucumber breeding,processing and marketing.Finally,according to the development trend of sea cucumber industry chain,the corresponding strategy and policy suggestions are put forward to promote the high quality development of sea cucumber industry.
