摘　　要：建设具有全球竞争力的人工智能产业集群,加速人工智能技术升级和产业发展,是中国人工智能科技产业发展的战略方向。以中国经济圈中人工智能产业为研究对象,分析其专利数据。对2000年以来国内人工智能领域的专利申请进行全面检索,将专利申请划分为涉及基础层、技术层和应用层3个核心环节部分进行分析,得出产业图谱,对头部企业进行重点分析。对比全球专利申请,从战略高度对长三角、京津冀、珠三角以及川渝经济圈人工智能产业进行专利全景分析,并对重点企业专利申请以及布局策略提出建议,提高人工智能赋能产业发展水平。How to build globally competitive clusters of Artificial Intelligence Industry to accelerate artificial intelligence technology upgrades and industry developments is China’s strategic direction towards artificial intelligence technology industry developments.Taking the artificial intelligence industry in Chinese economic circle as research subject,their patent data was primarily analyzed.A comprehensive search for patent applications in field of domestic artificial intelligence since 2000,dividing patent applications into technologies involving three core segments,base layer,technology layer and application layer,deriving industry map for focused analysis of head businesses.Compared with global patent applications,from a strategic perspective,the patent panorama analysis of the artificial intelligence industry in the Yangtze River Delta,Beijing Tianjin Hebei,Pearl River Delta and Sichuan Chongqing Economic Circle.It also provides important suggestions for patent applications and layout strategies of key enterprises to improve the development level of the national artificial intelligence industry.
